Pet of the Month

The name is Huck and I am ready for you to take me home. I am a 1 1⁄2 year old lemon walker hound. I was left behind by family when they left in the middle of the night. The economy is literally killing dogs like me – but luckily I was spared. I could care less about cats, I love other dogs, I stay close to home off leash and am very loyal. I will jump your fence to get out but will not run away so a fence is not necessary with a guy like me. I have all of my vaccines and am neutered. With someone to pay a little attention to me I can learn every trick in the book. I really aim to please and I am full of affection. If you would like to meet me please call Palmetto Animal League at 843-227-2691 or email them at director@palmettoanimalleague.org. I am a great dog and I just need a second chance!
