Ménage a Trois Blanc
2003
California White Wine

his unique wine examines what happens when you put three attractive, single, young grapes in one amazing bottle. Three strange bedfellows: Moscato, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Each variety is cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and character. The Moscato is at the top of the blend with its wild and exotic spiciness and refreshing aromas. Next brings Chardonnay, providing a firm structure and sturdy backbone. Finally, Chenin Blanc, a grape that gets less credit than it should, adds brightness to the nose and broadness to the palate. The bouquet explodes with honeydew melon, banana, and strawberry. The flavor is rich sultry and hedonistic, just like we like them. Ménage a Trois is an exciting and exotic blend as well as a great conversation starter. Grab a bottle and you too can say you have had a Ménage a Trois!
